SOME SIGNS OF A TROUBLED MARRIAGE:
Has there been less intimacy? Are you or your spouse becoming withdrawn, more argumentative, blaming, spending less time at home? Has there been an affair?

Pam Stowers can provide help for marriages and relationships.
AFFAIRS
“People often want to know whether their marriage can survive an affair. Yes. Definitely. The media seems to paint a bleak picture of marriages surviving an affair but I've seen many couples over the years who have been happily surprised that they could work through this painful situation and make their marriage even better. The effective process I use helps you to rebuild trust and keep your family together. Don't wait. Get help now. The worst thing you can do is try to sweep it under a rug.” —Pam Stowers
COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS
If arguing is your most common form of communication, don’t give up. With Pam’s help, you’ll learn practical strategies to stop blaming and start communicating, to solve problems, and to manage anger instead of acting it out destructively. She will help you identify the patterns that trap you and start you on the road to feeling close again.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT MARRIAGE COUNSELING
What if my spouse won’t come with me to marriage counseling? It’s good if you both come together the first time, but if your spouse won’t come with you, come by yourself. Often, when your spouse sees you going to counseling alone, and begins to notice your changes, he or she will decide to come with you.

Do you take sides when a couple comes to counseling? “When the two of you come to counseling, there are 3 of you in the office—you, your spouse, and your marriage. I stand on the side of your marriage and your family. I objectively look for destructive patterns, and provide effective interventions to help your marriage heal. We work together as a team to achieve healing and I give you the tools you need to keep it strong.” —Pam Stowers
